冬の宮津満腹祭／ Gourmet Festival MAMPUKU-SAI -Oyster! Oyster!!-
例年なら、雪が舞っていてもおかしくない２月末。
今年の満腹祭は、春が来たかと思うほどいいお天気の中、開催されました。
A gourmet festival Mampuku-Sai was held on Sunday Feb.24th and it was perfectly beautiful,warm day.
日本三景の松島・宮島はいずれも牡蠣の産地として有名。
宮津天橋立も、天然の文珠牡蠣が採れることから、日本三景の牡蠣を持ち寄って
食べ比べをしちゃおうという、贅沢な企画。
Matsushima(Miyagi) and Miyajima(Hiroshima) are both one of the three most beautiful spots of Japan, and they are famous of Oyster cultivation.
Excellent oysters from Matsushima, Miyajima, and Amanohashidate put together on a dish and served in this Oyster Fedtival. What a bountiful dish!!
このイベントでは、牡蠣にベストマッチする日本酒も提供されているのが、隠れた（？）推しなんです！！
日本酒ソムリエ、日本酒エバンジェリスト、日本酒学講師の古田氏監修のバツグンにおいしい丹後の地酒がずらりと並び、牡蠣をますますおいしく食べられそう！！
My best recommendation in this event is those Sake selections!!
You can try all the excellent sake which selected by Mr. Furuta, a Sake sommelier in order to suit perfectly with flavor of oyster.
その他にも、丹後地域のおいしいグルメが勢ぞろいでした。
And more, there were lots of local gourmet.
日本三景から、松島キャンペーンレディ、宮島観光親善大使、そしてプリンセス天橋立が応援に来てくれました！華やか！！
Ladies in Kimono from Matsushima, Miyajima and Amanohashidate welcomed a thousand customers. Fantastic!!
もちろん、世界で最も美しい湾クラブのPRもちゃっかりと！！
